Baltimore's Davis suspended
The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced today that Baltimore Orioles first baseman Chris Davis has received a 25-game suspension without pay after testing positive for an Amphetamine in violation of Major League Baseball's Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
MLB Announces 2014 Postseason Schedule
Major League Baseball today announced the schedule for the 2014 Postseason, which is set to open with the American League Wild Card Game presented by Budweiser on TBS on Tuesday, September 30th. Game One of the 2014 World Series on FOX is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21st in the ballpark of the American League Champions.
