This A-to-Z Guide was created by the Pittsburgh Pirates to assist guests during their visits to PNC Park. The information in this guide is always subject to change. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use.
Tickets for future Pirates home games can be purchased in many ways:

Guests who appear to be under age 30 are required to show valid photo ID indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol inside the ballpark. Alcoholic beverage sales are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per ID. Alcohol will be discontinued at the end of the 7th inning for the entire building, vendor and concession stands. The Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club and Budweiser Bowtie Bar will continue to serve until the end of the game. The Pirates and game day security staff reserve the right to remove any Guest who is being unruly or disruptive due to his or her intoxication, as well as deny any individual who appears intoxicated during his or her entry into PNC Park. The Pirates and concessions vendors also reserve the right to deny beverage service to any Guest who appears intoxicated.
A concession stand will be exclusively dedicated to these seat holders in sections 201-205. A maximum of four of each item per trip to the dedicated concession stand will apply. Water and adult beverages will be available for purchase at nearby concession stands. Wristbands will be distributed to ticket buyers in the All You Can Eat section during the game.
PNC Park welcomes Service Dogs utilized by our Guests with disabilities. We are unable to accommodate any other animals on a regular basis. For those Guests interested in attending specially designated Pirates games with your dog, please call 1-800-BUY-BUCS or log onto pirates.com/pups for more information on our "Pup Nights" program.
Soloists interested in singing the National Anthem prior to a Pirates home game should send a CD to National Anthems, Pittsburgh Pirates, P.O. Box 7000, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Choirs can also inquire about singing the National Anthem by contacting the Pirates Group Sales Department at 1-800-BUY-BUCS (Option 3) or email@example.com.
Assisted listening devices may be picked up at the Guest Relations office on the Main Concourse free of charge. Please present your valid credit card or Driver's License for deposit, which will be returned to you upon return of the equipment.
Pirates players sign autographs before each game when time and Major League Baseball regulations permit. However, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available and may have to suspend these opportunities for fan/player safety reasons. Throughout the year, Pirates players sign hundreds of autographs that are donated to local charities. Due to these numerous requests we are not able to provide autographs on an individual basis. Special autograph sessions are scheduled throughout the year. For information on these autograph sessions, please visit pirates.com/community.
Beginning in the seventh inning and continuing post-game, AAA East Central will offer complimentary service to Guests needing automotive assistance. To reach the "Buc Truck," stop by the nearest Guest Relations location. Guests may also contact AAA directly by phoning (412) 362-1900.
The Pirates welcome signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not pose a safety risk or detract from the enjoyment of other guests, the Pirates request you adhere to the following guidelines:

To minimize disruption to our seated guests, the Pirates request that whenever feasible, fans with tickets in the lower bowl (Sections 101-132) return to their seats between batters or during a stoppage in play.
The 2015 Bucaroos Kids Club presented by Chick-fil-A is for kids 14 and younger, offers special member-only benefits, and is valid all year. Fans can choose the $30 Gold Membership or free Silver Membership option. For more information: pirates.com/bucaroos.
Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders (not in hard-sided cases) into the ballpark for personal use only. Commercial use of photos without the expressed consent of the Pirates is prohibited. Fans are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tri-pods and monopods. The Pirates reserve the right to remove any Guests that do not cooperate with this policy.
PNC Park offers complimentary admission to children under 32" in height. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Children's ticket prices are available in certain sections of PNC Park. See individual ticket prices for more information.
The Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program is presented by Budweiser, Fuhrer Eagle, and ARAMARK. Registrants for the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License. Located on Federal Street from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. before Sunday matinee home games. The #1 Cochran Family Fun Zone is free to all fans and offers a variety of kids-oriented games, activities and entertainment for Pirates fans ages 14 and under.
In the interest of player and Guest safety, PNC Park maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy could result in immediate removal from PNC Park and criminal sanctions.
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection at the clubs discretion. Any Guest interfering with a ball in play will also be subject to ejection at the clubs discretion. Unfortunately, the Pirates are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs of foul balls.
Gates open one and one half hours (1½) prior to game time and two hours on Opening Day. For games starting at 7:05pm or later, the Clemente Gate opens two and one half hours (2½) prior to game time. For daytime starts earlier than 7:05pm, the Clemente Gate opens two hours (2) prior to game time.
Pirates gift cards are available in denominations of $25 and $50. Gift cards can be purchased at the Pirates Box Office, online at pirates.com and also at select Giant Eagles. Gift cards are currently redeemable for the purchase of non-discounted individual game tickets for Pirates games both online or at the PNC Park Box Office. The cards may also be redeemed for purchase of Pirates merchandise at Majestic Clubhouse Store and other goods may be purchased online at pirates.com. Pirates games are more fun in groups. Book your outing early as dates fill quickly. Group tickets may be purchased by calling 1-800-BUY-BUCS (Option 3), emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting pirates.com/groups. Groups of 15 or more may qualify for discounts to selected dates. Groups that purchased the Hats Off Package may redeem their hats voucher by visiting the Pirates Treasure Chest located at the bottom of the Trib Total Media Rotunda.
Guests must refrain from conduct that is inconsistent with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at PNC Park, including but not limited to:
Violators may be subject to ejection and/or possible arrest.
Young children attending Pirates games may obtain a free ID bracelet personalized with their name and seat location, enabling event staff to return lost children to their seats. Wristbands are available for all home games at any Guest Relations location. Please report concerns about a lost child to the nearest Guest Relations location or contact any PNC Park employee for assistance.
Future Bucs may take a break from the action at the Highmark Kids Zone located at the Right Field Gate. Highmark Kids Zone features a miniature PNC Park configuration as well as a multi-purpose play set. Children ages five through ten are permitted and must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety of all our young Guests, Pirates event staff may close the area during inclement weather.
Following select Sunday games, kids age 14 & under can head to the field for Kids Run the Bases, presented by the Original Pizza Logs. The line begins forming in the 8th inning on the right field Riverwalk; Bucco Brigade members will be on hand to direct guests. Please note that as is the policy for all ticket holders, there is no re-entry once a guest has exited PNC Park. The Pirates reserve the right to cancel Kids Run The Bases in the event of inclement weather or for other reasons.
The Lady Bucs Club membership is for ladies only, offers special members only benefits and is valid all year. For more information on the Lady Bucs Club visit us at www.pirates.com/ladybucs.
Found articles may be turned in at any Guest Relations location. PNC Park staff will record pertinent information and lost articles will be cataloged and maintained for 30 days. Guests needing assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours may call (412) 325-4869.
Guests should report any missing persons at any Guest Relations location (See Guest Relations for locations). Guest Relations staff will work closely with the PNC Park game day security staff to locate the missing individual(s). See Kids Identification Bracelets.
Major League Baseball and the Pittsburgh Pirates are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for fans attending games at PNC Park.
Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. MLB and the Pirates recognize that bags, purses, fanny packs and backpacks 16" X 16" X 8" or smaller are permitted.
All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Soft-sided coolers and soft-sided briefcases are permitted. Hard-sided coolers and briefcases, ice packs and cooler inserts are NOT permitted. For the convenience of those Guests not carrying purses, fanny packs and bags into the ballpark, express lanes are offered at each gate.
Guests are permitted to bring bottled water and food that may fit into a 16" X 16" X 8" soft-sided bag. Water bottles should not exceed 24 ounces in size, and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Children's juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted entry into the Lexus Club, Suite Level or the Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club areas.
For the comfort and security of all Guests, hazardous or disruptive items cannot be brought into PNC Park. Samples of these items that are not permitted include boom boxes, inflatable balls, balloons, motorcycle helmets, Frisbee discs, laser pointers, fireworks and footballs. Weapons and other dangerous or hazardous items are not permitted in PNC Park. The Pirates reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers.
The Pirate Parrot and other mascots are available for appearances to non-profit and charitable organizations, private events, parties and corporate functions. To request an appearance, call (412) 325-4730 or visit pirates.com/pirateparrot.
Pirates Charities is the official philanthropic arm of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The team has a long and proud tradition of providing support and assistance to those in need through a multitude of community relations programs and initiatives. The creation of Pirates Charities has helped to focus the ballclub's charitable efforts, allowing the Pirates to make an even greater impact in the community.
Since its inception in the fall of 2006, Pirates Charities has made an impact on the Pittsburgh region, Bradenton, Florida community and Estorga, Dominican Republic (location of the Pirates Latin American Headquarters).
Pirates Charities 50/50 Raffles supported by Rivers Casino, are conducted during every home game. Tickets are: 3 for $5, 10 for $10 and 40 for $20.
Winner receives 50% of the total collected and the remaining 50% benefits Pirates Charities. Tickets are sold through the last out of the 6th inning and the winning number is announced in the middle of the 8th inning (winner need not be present).

PNC Park is available on non-game days and during the off-season for various events, including corporate events, seminars, weddings, cocktail receptions, holiday parties, charity galas, bar/bat mitzvahs and much more. The right to postpone the playing of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once a game has started the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole right to determine whether the game shall be terminated because of inclement weather or unfit playing conditions. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game; whether and when play shall be resumed; and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game is temporarily suspended for rain, umpires must wait 30 minutes before calling the game. However, umpires have been instructed to wait at least one (1) hour and 15 minutes before calling the game.
Should there be a second suspension, umpires shall wait at least 45 minutes before calling a game. For third and any subsequent rain delays umpires are to wait at least 30 minutes (as stated in the Major League Baseball Rule Book).

Prize Wheels are located around the ballpark and offer fans 18 years of age or older an opportunity to win a prize. The Prize Wheel can be played from the time gates open until the 5th inning on the Riverwalk and Club locations and the Bleachers until the end of the 8th inning. Guests are limited to one spin per person per game. Prize Wheel Pirates Rally Passes can be obtained at any operating Prize Wheel. Prizes, wheel locations and periods of operation are subject to change.
Each fan eligible to receive a promotional item, based on advertised promotional guidelines, must have a game day ticket and pass through the turnstile to receive the item. Depending on the game date, items may be distributed to all fans, kids only*, moms (Mothers Day 2015) or to the first 20,000 fans through the gates on that game date. Please refer to the 2015 promotional schedule.
Organizations requesting promotional items for fundraising events and donation purposes should visit pirates.com/donations to become familiar with our donation guidelines and complete a donation request form.
*Kids giveaways are for children age 14 and under.

For a $35 donation to Pirates Charities, you can have a personal message displayed on the PNC Park scoreboard. It's a great way to say "Happy Birthday" or "Congratulations!" to your favorite Pirates fan. A maximum of 20 messages are displayed during every home game.

The Pittsburgh Pirates cater to season ticket members and offer a variety of discounted ticket packages. Season Ticket plans can include full season, 41-games or 20-games. Pirates season ticket members get special benefits as part of their plan. If a guest experiences difficulties with other guest(s) in the ballpark or is in need of assistance from ballpark operations personnel for any other issue (medical, security, etc.), they are encouraged to use their mobile phone to anonymously text the word SECURITY and their seat location to 61592. The request will be received by PNC Park security, and the appropriate personnel will be dispatched to the appropriate location to respond to the request, as needed. Standard text messaging rates may apply.
A limited number of standing room tickets will be made available for sold-out games, per the discretion of the ball club. Standing room viewing will only be allowed in areas of the main concourse, rotundas and riverwalk that do not block the view or game enjoyment of other patrons, including those with ADA accessible seats.
Exchanges: There are no exchanges for individual game or group tickets. Season Tickets are eligible for exchange based on availability and with some restrictions. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours in advance of the game date for which they were intended. Please call the Pirates Season Ticket Services Department at 1-800-274-2827 or visit pirates.com/stmexchange for more information.
Pricing: The Pirates use a real time pricing model that more accurately reflects the demand for each game and provides fans with more price options. With advanced metrics linked to the Pirates' ticketing system, the ticket prices adjusted upward or downward based on the demand for each game. This provides fans with greater price flexibility based on real-time market conditions.
Lost/stolen game tickets: Please remember that game tickets are valuable and should be secured like cash. If game tickets are lost or stolen, please phone the Pirates Ticket Office at 1-800-BUY-BUCS. If your season tickets are stolen, you must file a police report and submit a copy to the Pirates, so that your tickets can be reprinted free-of-charge. Call the Season Ticket Service Department at 1-800-274-2827 for more information and assistance.
Rain Checks: If a regulation game is not played on the game date printed on the ticket, please refer to pirates.com/raincheck for the rain check exchange policy. Information is also available by calling 1-800-BUY-BUCS or by visiting the PNC Park Ticket Office located on West General Robinson Street.
Please retain your ticket stub for the regulation game that was not played as it will need to be presented at the time of exchange.
Refunds: There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.
Resale/scalping: The Pittsburgh Pirates do not condone the reselling of game tickets. Any reselling of tickets must comply with Pennsylvania law and the City of Pittsburgh's ordinance in the reselling zone only located at North Shore and Tony Dorsett. (Guests are encouraged only to purchase tickets through official channels.)
In consideration of the health and comfort of others, the use of tobacco products of any kind is not permitted anywhere in PNC Park. This policy also applies to e-cigarettes. The Club reserves the right to eject any person violating this policy.
The Pittsburgh Pirates invite you to tour PNC Park, "The Best Ballpark in America." Our interactive, one-of-a-kind tour will give Guests a view of the ballpark inside and out.
PNC Park tours are available from April 14, 2015 through October 4, 2015. Tours are offered Monday-Friday, on both game days and non-game days. Tour times vary depending upon the Pirates schedule.
Group rates are offered for organizations with 25 or more persons. Lunch options are also available for groups. Tickets available online: pirates.com/tours.

Groups that purchased the Hats Off, PA Game Commission, PA Fish & Boating Commission packages may redeem their voucher by visiting the Treasure Chest. Participants of the Bucaroos Kids Club may receive their rewards credit at the Treasure Chest. The Treasure Chest is open an hour and a half prior to the game through the end of the 5th inning.

For the safety and viewing enjoyment of all fans, umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark and can only be opened during rain delays (may not be open during play).
