PETCO Park Parking and Access Guide

PETCO Park
100 Park Boulevard
San Diego, CA 92101
With PETCO Park situated at the hub of the region's transportation network - directly accessible by both public and private means – guests have a number of choices for reaching and returning from PETCO Park. One of the increasingly clear favorites in 2007 was the Trolley, with nearly 15 percent of the total ballpark attendance of approximately 2.8 million fans choosing this option. For many, the Trolley remains "the way to go," as it provides safe and reliable service. For our fans traveling from the North County, the COASTER may be the most convenient option.

As we continue to believe that baseball is a game to be enjoyed by all, the importance of making the ballpark an accessible facility for guests with disabilities remains a top priority. With the option of parking in three other facilities adjacent to PETCO Park - the 6th and K Parkade, the D1/D2 surface lot and Tailgate Park - guests with special needs are provided convenient options.

Getting to PETCO Park by Car - >> See the Interactive Parking Map<<
For fans and guests traveling by car, four major thoroughfares feed into and out of downtown in all directions: Pacific Highway, Interstate 5, State Route 163 and State Route 94/Martin Luther King Freeway. Eight freeway on- and offramps service the area immediately around the ballpark. The Padres encourage fans to carpool to PETCO Park.

Parking Near PETCO Park
The San Diego Padres, in partnership with Ace Parking, offer a broad range of parking options at a variety of price levels and locations. Fans have a choice when it comes to the price and location of parking. More than 27,000 parking spaces are located near the ballpark in the downtown area. Of those spaces, 11,000 have been designated specifically for PETCO Park fans at prices from $8, $10 and $15 depending on proximity to the ballpark. Padres Preferred parking is also available directly adjacent to PETCO Park for $20. Each parking zone has been designated by a different color for easy referencing on the downtown Access and Parking Map. Fans should choose a parking location based upon the direction they'll be heading after the game whether it is to the north, east or south.

Pre-Paid Parking
Guests can pre-purchase parking for specific garages and lots on an individual game basis. For easy access to PETCO Park, Padres Preferred Parking is available in the Padres Parkade (B1) and the Tailgate Lot (B2) for only $20 per game. Guests can guarantee a non-reserved space in the lot of their choice by purchasing parking passes from the link below.
