Rules For Transfer of Founders Club Membership
A Founders Club Member shall not be able to sell, or otherwise transfer, Member's Founders Club Membership and the benefits associated with such membership, after (i) the date upon which Member declines its right of renewal or (ii) the expiration of the Term as set forth in its Founders Club Agreement, whichever earlier.
