The San Diego Padres and Padres Foundation are committed to inspiring San Diego's youth to Live, Learn and Play and support charitable organizations throughout the San Diego region through our Charity Ticket Program. In 2013, we will continue to partner with Major League Baseball's "Commissioner's Community Initiative" and MLB & MLBPA Players Give Back to donate complimentary tickets to deserving non-profit organizations who serve children within the Padres focus of LIVE (children's health), LEARN (education) and PLAY (recreation) and military groups who would not have an opportunity to attend a game. Details for the 2013 season will be available in March 2013.
Rarely does a day go by when at least one member of the Padres family - including front office executives and staff, coaches, players, alumni and the Swinging Friar mascot and Pad Squad - cannot be found reaching out to fans somewhere in the San Diego/Baja region.
The San Diego Padres are committed to reaching out and connecting with our community. Padres executives, alumni, broadcasters and employees make hundreds of appearances each year. We are proud to enhance the events of civic organizations, charitable groups and community events by providing speakers or club representatives who are eager to share the excitement of Padres baseball. Your event or meeting could include front office members, broadcasters, the Pad Squad or even the Swinging Friar.

The Padres place a high priority on being an active part of the San Diego community. The commitment is demonstrated by ownership, uniformed personnel and the Front Office volunteering for local charities, serving on charitable boards and to participating in company-wide volunteer giving initiatives.
