Come cheer on your Padres when they are on the road from PETCO Park! Through the end of the 2009 season, the Padres will be showing all Cox Channel 4 televised road games on the Park at the Park video board.* Come on out with your blankets and beach towels and cheer on your Padres with other Friar Faithful. Away at the Park is open to all fans for FREE.
All elements of the public park remain intact, including the opportunity to bring leashed dogs into the area. Picnic Hill, the youth baseball field, "Beacher" area, and the children's tot lot adjacent to J Street will all be available during Away at the Park events.
Away at the Park will include concessions during Friday and Saturday games. Offerings for purchase will include soft drinks, hot dogs, sausages, beer, nachos and dip n dots ice cream.
*excludes games with no Cox broadcast: 6/25, 7/8, 7/24, 7/30, 8/13, 8/29, 9/7, 9/9, 9/19.
