• Visit the Padres Ticket Office Lobby at PETCO Park during regular business hours.
• Stop by the Fan Programs Center in the Padres Power Alley (near Section 135) during any Padres home game. Fan Programs Centers open when the gates open and remain open until one hour after the start of the game. There is also a Fan Programs Center near Section 109.

2009 U.S. BANK JUNIOR PADRES OFFICIAL RULES

1. Kids 14 and younger are eligible for U.S. Bank Junior Padres membership. A parent or guardian must be present when children sign up.
2. Kids must scan their own card during a Padres home game at a Club Kiosk to receive points. Points for previous games cannot be added at a later time.
3. Children must be current U.S. Bank Junior Padres members to be eligible for U.S. Bank Junior Padres Rewards. An annual renewal is required to receive benefits.
4. Rewards are cumulative. Members earn a reward at every point level reached during the 2009 season. The Padres reserve the right to substitute rewards at the sole discretion of the club. Reward vouchers cannot be replaced, are non-transferable, and are subject to availability and verification of the member's identity for redemption. Points earned during 2009 are only good for U.S. Bank Junior Padres Rewards listed for the 2009 season. Points earned expire at the end of each season; each member starts with zero points at the beginning of a new season.
5. U.S. Bank Junior Padres cards are not transferable. Kids or the parent/guardian may be asked to present an I.D. when signing up, scanning a card, or redeeming rewards. Each member must scan his or her own card.
6. The Padres reserve the right to revoke and/or deactivate membership for any member at the sole discretion of the club.
