PETCO Park Ticket Office Location/Hours
The Ticket Office is located at 100 Park Blvd between 10th and Imperial.
Ticket Services Lobby Hours
Game Days:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. up to one (1) hour after the start of the game.
Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 a.m. up to one (1) hour after the start of the game.
Non Game Days through season end:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
PETCO Park Box Office Hours
Single game ticket on-sale through season end:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday (Game days only): 10:00 a.m. through the end of the game
On game days, the ticket windows remain open until the end of the game or 11:00 PM, whichever comes first. The Ticket Services Lobby and ticket windows close on holidays, when the team is out of town, and early if a non-Padres event is scheduled at PETCO Park in an effort to avoid traffic and parking issues. If driving to PETCO Park, please call in advance to verify hours of operation.
Child Admission
PETCO Park offers complimentary admission to children under 36" in height, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. These children must sit in the lap of the accompanying adult and not occupy an additional seat.
Senior Discount
Seniors 60 years and older can purchase tickets for $6 off the gate price of any ticket priced $14 or higher. This offer is based on availability and is offered on games Sunday through Thursday, excluding special events.
Day-of-Game Ticket Sales
In addition to the Advance Ticket Windows located on Park Blvd., the Ticket Windows at the Western Metal Supply Building open at 11 a.m. on game days. The East Village location opens two hours prior to game time. All window locations remain open through the end of the game.
Lost, Stolen, Forgotten or Destroyed tickets
Single Game Ticket Purchases: Under no circumstances are the Padres able to reprint or reissue tickets that are for single games.

Season Tickets: Complimentary replacement tickets will only be available to Season Ticket Holders on one (1) occasion during the regular season. The Holder of Record or Partner listed on the account will need to obtain duplicate tickets at the Padres Ticket Office, located adjacent to the Advance Ticket Windows near the Homeplate Gate. For stolen Season Tickets, a police report is required before tickets can be reprinted and will only be processed for the account holder of record.

Rainouts, Delays, Cancellations or Postponements
A rainout occurs when the game is called due to inclement weather before it becomes an official game. A delayed game means that the game is stopped, but may continue when there is a break in the weather. A cancelled game is one that is cancelled and not rescheduled and a postponed game refers to a game that is stopped before it becomes official, and is rescheduled for another time in whole or part.
A game becomes official after four and one-half (4 1/2) innings of play (if the home team is ahead) or five (5) full innings of play (if the home team is behind or if the game is tied). An official game will not be rescheduled.
If a scheduled game has been postponed due to inclement weather or other factors, or has been called off prior to becoming an official game, then the following policies and procedures with respect to tickets are activated. A ticket for a game that has been postponed or rained out becomes a rain check.
Delays or Inclement Weather That Does Not Result in Postponement or Rainout
In many instances, inclement weather does not result in postponement of a game. However, games may be delayed during harsh weather or called off after they are declared official (see above for definition.) When these situations occur, there are no refunds or exchanges available, even if fans decide to leave the game due to uncomfortable conditions.
Regular-Season Season Tickets
Season tickets do not automatically become rain checks in the event of a postponed or rained out game.
If the replacement game is scheduled on its own date, then the Season Tickets (rain checks) will be good for the same seats for the new game. Present the rain check for admission on the new date. If a Season Ticket Customer cannot attend the rescheduled game, then the regular-season Ticket Trade benefit can be employed using the rain check.
In the event that the postponed game will be rescheduled as part of a doubleheader event, the Padres will automatically credit the Season Ticket Account for the paid value of the tickets for the postponed or rained out game. Season Ticket Customers do not need to take any action for reimbursement. Because reimbursement will be made in the form of a credit to the Season Ticket Account, season ticket rain checks will not be honored for exchanges or refunds.
Rain check credits (if applicable) are based on the actual price paid to the Padres for the ticket, which may not be the same as the face value printed on the ticket. Per-ticket service charges are refundable. Additional fees, including handling and processing fees, are not refundable. Refund checks will be issued in four (4) to six (6) weeks.
Regular-Season Single Game Tickets

If the replacement game is rescheduled to a new date, not in connection with another already scheduled game, then tickets (rain checks) will be good for the same seats for the new game. Present the rain check for admission on the new date. There are no refunds for games rescheduled to a new date, not in connection with another already scheduled game; however, tickets may be exchanged prior to the rescheduled game at the Advance Ticket Windows at PETCO Park for any remaining game during the corresponding regular season, subject to availability.
In the event of a cancelled game or a rainout that results in a doubleheader that results in one (1) ticket being valid for two (2) different games, tickets purchased may be exchanged at the Advance Ticket Windows at PETCO Park for any remaining game during the corresponding regular season, subject to availability. Customers may also request an exchange by mailing the ticket(s) to Padres Ticket Office 100 Park Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92101 within ten (10) days after the postponed, cancelled or rained out game. Rain checks not presented for exchange within the 10-day period are not eligible for exchange for another regular-season game within the same season. To make the exchange, the actual rain checks must be submitted to the Ticket Office. Receipts, account records, copies, facsimiles and other evidence will not be accepted. There are no refunds.
Group ticket rain checks may not necessarily be refunded to the bearer. If the game is canceled or rained out before being declared an official complete game, the members of the group must return their tickets to their Group Leader. The Group Leader, in turn, may return the tickets to the Padres for a refund or credit to their account. The Padres will credit a group account or issue a refund for the paid value of the tickets returned. The Group Leader is responsible for refunds to the individuals in their group. The Padres cannot credit the group account or issue a refund for tickets that have not been returned. The Padres will not issue refunds to any other individual presenting group tickets. Individual members of a group may exchange their tickets for another game at the Padres Box Office, subject to any polices established for that game.

If an event has been postponed and rescheduled, your tickets are yours to use on the new date. Hold on to your tickets and use them on the rescheduled date. If you're unable to use the tickets, you may be able to post them for sale at StubHub.
If the event has not yet been rescheduled, continue to monitor the situation. StubHub will re-list the event as soon as a date is announced. Again, you can attend the event on the rescheduled date or, if time permits, post them for sale at StubHub a postponed event is ultimately cancelled, read about Cancelled and Contingent Events on the StubHub website.
Unfortunately, the circumstances surrounding postponed events are unpredictable. Although we will try to help you resolve your ticket situation, StubHub is not responsible for postponed events, partial performances, or venue, date, or time changes. No refunds will be issued.
Cancelled and Contingent Events
When an event is cancelled or a contingent event is not played, StubHub will send you an email to let you know. Return your tickets within 2 weeks of receiving our email and StubHub will fully refund the cost of the tickets plus all service and shipping/handling fees. Please allow us 3 weeks to process your refund.

Reselling tickets
The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around PETCO Park property is not permitted under any circumstance and is prohibited by law. The Padres and the San Diego Police Department will address any such violation appropriately. People caught selling tickets in violation of the law may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to PETCO Park revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Padres distribution outlets.
Scoreboard Surprise
During the season, fans can commemorate a special occasion by displaying a message on the PETCO Park out-of-town scoreboard during a Padres home game. Scoreboard messages can be purchased online for a cost of $55 per message, benefiting the Padres Foundation for Children. Payment and requests must be made 48 hours prior to the requested game date. Your credit card will be charged upon the Padres approval of the message.
Will Call/Automated Will Call
The main PETCO Park Will Call windows are located on Park Blvd on the corner of Park Blvd and Imperial Ave. Tickets ordered by phone through 619.795.5555 or via padres.com can be picked up by presenting the confirmation/account number and a valid photo I.D. to a ticket seller at the Advance Ticket Windows at PETCO Park.

Fans who order by phone or internet and select Automated Will Call can go directly to the gates and simply swipe the credit card used to purchase the tickets at our automated turnstiles for entry.

Fans who wish to leave tickets at Will Call for friends, family or clients may do so at their own risk and are required to fill out a third-party Will Call envelope and include tickets. The Padres do not assume responsibility for any unclaimed third-party Will Call tickets.
