Tickets for the Padres' 2007 postseason games at PETCO Park will soon be available for purchase. As part of the Padres' continuing effort to make Padres postseason tickets available to as many fans as possible, we have worked to develop a more efficient and fair ticket ordering process. Since there are a limited number of postseason tickets available through this opportunity, applicants must fill out and submit the registration form below to participate in this opportunity to purchase.
Registration for the postseason ticket opportunities will begin at
9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) Wednesday, September 5, 2007 and the World Series ("WS") registration will close at
noon PT, Thursday, October 4, 2007. The Padres will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants for the World Series. The World Series winners will have the opportunity to purchase four (4) tickets to one (1) game of the 2007 World Series which may be played at PETCO Park, San Diego, CA. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity.
Registrants (including winners of previous drawings) will be eligible for each drawing. You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.
In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located below during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Padres during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.
A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase
up to four (4) tickets to one (1) game of the 2007 World Series at PETCO Park ("WS") will be held on or about Friday, October 5, 2007. Each applicant selected will be notified by Monday, October 15 2007 via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase World Series tickets at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing 2007 World Series tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate e-mail address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. or the Padres are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the San Diego Padres, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Padres ticket holders generally; as such the Padres from time to time in their sole discretion may amend policies. Padres Non-Played Game Postseason Ticket Return Policy: If a game is not played, DO NOT RETURN THE TICKET. Tickets for all unplayed games will be credited to the account of the party that originally purchased the ticket from the San Diego Padres. If you acquired tickets from someone other than the San Diego Padres, you must contact that party for a refund. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED TO THE BEARER OF A TICKET UPON PRESENTATION.
Postseason tickets are not exchangeable. Refunds and credits cannot be issued should you miss a game due to matters beyond the control of the San Diego Padres. If you sell tickets to another party, you are responsible for providing the refund for unplayed games. The San Diego Padres cannot issue refunds to anyone other than the party who originally purchased tickets from the San Diego Padres.
You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawing for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.
WARNING: Tickets for 2007 Postseason Games played at PETCO Park are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on game premises will be removed from the premises and prosecuted.
