This site has been designed to provide up-to-the-minute information pertaining to your account, special promotions, renewal payment, instructions, game day information, special features and other links to help you get the greatest value out of being a Padres Founders Club Member or Season Ticket Holder. Ticket Services Lobby Hours:
Game Days:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. up to one (1) hour after the start of the game.
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 a.m. up to one (1) hour after the start of the game.
Non Game Days:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
PETCO Park Box Office Hours:
Single game ticket on-sale through end of the season:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. through the duration of the game (Game days only).
On game days, the ticket windows remain open until the end of the game or 11:00 p.m., whichever comes first. Sales for the game in progress cease at the conclusion of the 6th inning. The Ticket Services Lobby and ticket windows close on holidays, when the team is out of town, and early if a non-Padres event is scheduled at PETCO Park in an effort to avoid traffic and parking issues. If driving to PETCO Park, please call in advance to verify hours of operation.
