Registration for ticket opportunities for the Padres Home Opener on April 6, 2007 and the three (3) games between the Padres and Red Sox June 22, 2007, June 23, 2007 and June 24, 2007 ("four (4) games of the 2007 MLB regular season") will begin at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) Saturday, January 27, 2007 and will close at noon PT, Tuesday, February 20, 2007. The Padres will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants. The winners will have the opportunity to purchase up to eight (8) tickets (four (4) maximum per game) to four (4) games of the 2007 MLB regular season which will be played at PETCO Park, San Diego, CA. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by email to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Although winners are guaranteed the ability to purchase up to eight (8) total tickets (4 tickets maximum per game) there is no guarantee of ticket availability for any of the four (4) specific games of the 2007 MLB regular season. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located below during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Padres during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase purchase up to eight (8) tickets (four (4) tickets maximum per game) to the Padres Home Opener on April 6, 2007 and the three (3) games between the Padres and Red Sox June 22, 2007, June 23, 2007 and June 24, 2007 ("four (4) games of the 2007 MLB regular season") will be held on or about Thursday, February 22, 2007. Each applicant selected will be notified by Wednesday, February 28, 2007 via the email address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase tickets at a date and time to be indicated in the email. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate email address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. or the Padres are responsible for any email notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

Winners for these drawings will be selected from the same pool registrants and notified via email with instructions on the ticket purchase process including dates and times for these sales. You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawing for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

NOTE: Padres game dates and times may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Padres ticket holders generally; as such the Padres from time to time in their sole discretion may amend policies.
