STATE OF THE FRANCHISE EVENT*

  • Clinics take place on the field at Rogers Centre and are run by qualified baseball instructors through our amateur baseball department.
  • Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon while being instructed in various baseball skills.
PREGAME BATTING PRACTICE*
  • You and a guest will enter the stadium before the gates open to the general public.
  • Watch all the Toronto Blue Jays pregame activities from our designated Season Ticket Holder area.
  • You'll be right down on the field as your Toronto Blue Jays take batting practice and prepare for the game.
Space is limited. Season Ticket Holders will be able to participate in either the Pregame Batting Practice or Simulated Practice.
SIMULATED PRACTICE*
  • You and a guest will have an opportunity to see what it's like to be a Blue Jays player.
  • Test your skills on the same field as your Toronto Blue Jays: track down balls in the outfield, run and dive on the turf, and try to knock one out of the park. (Please note all participants must be 14 years of age or older).
Space is limited. Season Ticket Holders will be able to participate in either the Pregame Batting Practice or Simulated Practice.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Before a Game is Played*
  • Tickets from a full season ticket subscription can be exchanged in advance of the game on a ticket for ticket basis only.
  • Replacement tickets must be selected at the time the original tickets are returned to complete the exchange process. There will be no future ticket credits and no credit issued to the account.
  • Exchanges must be done at least 24 hours prior to the date on the exchanged ticket.
  • Tickets can be exchanged by logging into your Online Account Manager, bringing them to subscriber services windows at Gate 7 on game days, or Gate 9 box office on non-game days.
  • Tickets will be issued for the 2013 Toronto Blue Jays regular season, based on availability, in a seating area of equal or lesser value than the original ticket.
  • Only tickets from the original season ticket subscription can be exchanged. Cannot exchange tickets acquired through a previous ticket exchange, other subscription packages, group sale, single game ticket, etc.
  • Limit of ten ticket exchanges for one game allowed per account. Limit of four ticket exchanges for Canada Day, New York Yankees, and Boston Red Sox games allowed per account.
  • Exchanges are not available for the Home Opener.
  • Maximum limit of 40 tickets allowed for exchange per account per season.
  • Available only to the Full Season Ticket Holder and up to four authorized exchange contacts that appear on their account, with valid ID.
After A Game Is Played*
  • If you are unable to exchange tickets from your full season ticket subscription in advance of the game there are still opportunities to exchange them for a choice of three designated games. May 14, June 18, and August 30.
  • Maximum of 20 tickets can be exchanged per account, with a limit of 10 tickets per designated game.
  • Tickets can be exchanged by bringing them to the Subscriber Services Windows at Gate 7 box office on game days or Gate 9 box office on non-game days.
  • Tickets will be issued based on availability, in a seating area of equal or lesser value than the original ticket and will be limited to the 200 Level Bases, Field Level Bases, 100 Level Outfield, 200 Level Outfield and 500 Level seating.
  • Only tickets from the original season ticket subscription can be exchanged. Cannot exchange tickets acquired through a previous ticket exchange, other subscription packages, group sale, single game ticket, etc.
  • Available only to the Full Season Ticket Holder and up to four authorized exchange contacts that appear on their account, with valid ID.
Authorized Exchange Contacts
  • Add up to four authorized exchange contacts to your account.
  • Only the recognized Season Ticket Holder and the four authorized exchange contacts listed on the account have the privilege of performing ticket exchanges.
  • To add and update your four authorized exchange contacts visit bluejays.com/seasontickets and login to your personal Account Manager.
SEASON TICKET HOLDER BENEFIT CARD*
  • A personalized benefit card with stored value capability that can be reloaded throughout the season.
  • Can be used to purchase 2013 regular season tickets, merchandise, and selected food and beverage products at Rogers Centre.
  • Can be used to receive a discount at Jays Shop.
  • Please refer to the terms and conditions included with the card for more details.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • Pay in full: At the time of your renewal, pay the full amount of your account.
  • Deposit and 2 Month Installment Plan: At the time of your renewal, pay a $250 deposit and have your remaining balance scheduled and paid in equal amounts on January 4, 2013 and February 4, 2013**.
  • Deposit and 4 Month Installment Plan: At the time of your renewal, pay a $250 deposit and have your remaining balance scheduled and paid in equal amounts on December 4, 2012, January 4, 2013, February 4, 2013 and March 4, 2013**.

**Cheques can only be accepted for full payment and cannot be used for any payments towards a payment plan. All payments will be automatically scheduled using the credit card provided and will be processed on the dates listed above. Requests for alternative dates within the month cannot be accommodated.

RELOCATION
  • Accounts must be renewed to be eligible for relocation.
  • Relocation opportunities will be offered in the order that renewals are received.

ACCESS TO POSTSEASON TICKETS BEFORE THE GENERAL PUBLIC*
  • Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to purchase postseason tickets prior to general public sale.
RESALE OF TICKETS
  • Unless otherwise authorized by the Toronto Blue Jays, any direct or indirect sale, resale, auction, assignment or transfer of any ticket at a price greater than the price printed on the front is strictly prohibited and is grounds for seizure and cancellation of such tickets without refund or other compensation.
  • No tickets may be used for advertising, promotion or any other trade or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Toronto Blue Jays.
SUBSCRIBER SERVICES WINDOWS AT GATE 7 BOX OFFICE
  • Windows 1, 2, and 3 of the Gate 7 box office at Rogers Centre are dedicated to Subscriber Services on game days from 90 minutes before the first pitch to the end of the 2nd inning.
  • Subscriber Services Windows can be used to purchase additional tickets, complete ticket exchanges, load your Season Ticket Holder Benefit Card, and anything else to manage your account.
ACCOUNT CHANGES
  • Please help us serve you better by remembering to update your account information with the correct contact name, mailing address, email address and phone numbers of the person designated to receive account information and tickets.
  • To make changes to your account simply visit bluejays.com/seasontickets and login to your Account Manager or email or mail your Account Executive.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
  • Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced by coming to Rogers Centre Gate 9 box office or by contacting our Season Ticket Services Department at 416-341-1280.
  • If tickets are stolen it is the responsibility of the Season Ticket Holder to contact the police and file a report before reprinted tickets will be issued.
  • Once a ticket has been reissued, the original ticket becomes null and void.
  • All reprinted tickets will be available for pick up only at Rogers Centre Gate 9 box office window 25. Reprinted tickets will not be mailed or couriered.
  • A $10 reprinting charge per game will apply. Should you lose your tickets for the entire season, a $40 reprinting charge will apply per seat.
  • Only the designated Season Ticket Holder is authorized to order replacement tickets.
TICKET SCANNING
  • Please be aware that the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club scans your ticket upon entry to Rogers Centre.
  • Once your ticket is scanned and you have entered the stadium, you will not be permitted to leave and re-enter Rogers Centre.

Toronto Blue Jays, through Jays Care Foundation, have partnered with KIDS UP FRONT to provide an outlet for Season Ticket Holders to donate tickets to children who otherwise would not have the opportunity to experience the excitement of a Blue Jays game this season!

HOW ARE THE TICKETS DISTRIBUTED?
Kids Up Front Foundation Toronto is a charitable organization that provides access to arts, culture, sport and recreation for children who otherwise do not have the opportunity. Your donated tickets will be distributed to children and families from more than 160 participating charities and social service agencies in and around Toronto.

HOW DO FANS DONATE THEIR BLUE JAYS TICKETS?
Tickets can be sent to Kids Up Front by email, mail/ courier, or dropped off in person. Tickets are accepted until noon on the day of an evening game, and 5 p.m. the day before an afternoon game. That said, the more notice the better!
